JOB PURPOSE.
Responsible to supervise, manage and schedule all aspects relating to transporting of cargo for clients, which include, management of drivers as well as timeously communication with clients etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS.
- Accountable for truck planning (re-planning) and allocations for your allocated area daily.
- Responsible for the daily communication with all clients to preparation, planning and booking of daily deliveries.
- Accountable to supervise/and monitor Night shift staff by:
- Follow up with allocated clients and sort out any problems that arose during the night.
- Monitor progress of truckloads and enquire how many loads are still pending and outstanding daily.
- Timeously and accurate checking of the allocated offloading list daily (preferably 06h30)
- Retrieve the “stops” from the Assistant fleet controller daily.
- Timeously review of all available trucks to determine how many can be used for the day, and Identify and communicate which trucks could be problematic.

JOB PURPOSE:
Interns will work closely with our experienced operations team to support daily logistical and operational tasks, manage real-time challenges, and contribute to the smooth running of transport activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS:
- Assist in daily coordination and dispatching of transport operations, ensuring timely departures and arrivals of trucks.
- Monitor transport schedules, routes, and traffic patterns to optimize delivery times and minimize delays.
- Support the tracking and documentation of cargo and equipment movement, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Communicate with drivers to relay information regarding route adjustments, load requirements, or safety protocols.
- Aid in managing the 24/7 shift scheduling of drivers, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with safety regulations.

JOB PURPOSE:
To efficiently collect, process, and manage driver debriefing information, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Record empty pallet controll, diesel slips, and paperwork daily.
* Update spreadsheets for accurate data entry.
* Capturing data on key fleet
* Updating load sheet with and sending loading progress
* Tyre Stock take / Ordering Tyres
* Compiling List of stationary that needs to be ordered
* Keep track of outstanding Loads on Key fleet
* Keep track of pallet book and make sure correct number of pallets were
* Assist with loading of trucks, and communication with clients about departure and arrival of trucks.
* Keep track of loads and arrange accordingly.
Post Management:
* Ensure accurate data entry and updates.
Driver Debriefing:
* Conduct debriefing sessions, ensuring all documents meet client requirements.
* Issue new POD books and trip sheets as needed.
* Monitor debriefing spreadsheets for drivers’ needs.
Communication & Support:
* Provide guidance and support to drivers regarding paperwork.
* Assist with inquiries between customer and BFN controllers
* Assits with customer complains
Compliance & Reporting:
* Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
* Generate Loading reports for management review.
Experience and Education:
